I was watching this instructional video (The Eyes Have It) yesterday on how to be fabulous in the 80's. Not only was it entertaining, but it was helpful. There were some great tips that still stand up in today beauty industry. So, I decided to do my take on it, but modern it up to today and my likings. Products used:
