A new favorite! I mixed Nars "Harlow" and ontop of that i put Mac "Fashion Scoop" cremesheen. the result was just Too cute!______
NOTD: a concoction of 2 polishes. I think i will call it "green-ito".... hehe. I think it came out pretty good.

I haven't had time to do anything as of late. But, I did have time to order these polishes from 8ty8 Beauty. On the left is "Over the Taupe" from the Brights by Paige and on the right is "Bronzed To Perfection" from the South Beach Collection. They also sent me a free sample of the Poshe "Potion of Youth". I haven't had time to try it out yet. But when I do I will maybe do a review.

Marilyn Monroe Contest Entry

Here's my entry for Robyn's (fashionista 514) Marilyn Monroe contest.
I tried my best. But, as you can see I look NOTHING like Marilyn Monroe. So my take will, of course, fail in comparison. I didn't do her famous mole, cause I have my own... :) Also my lips pictured a different shade than in person. THAT is soo annoying. But oh well. I think it still came out like I wanted. But, you can file my hair in the "epic fail" section..... :}

FOTD: "Smoking those Grapes..."

I was going out and I wanted a dramatic look, yet again. I been totally into smokey looks as of late. So i decided to make it a purple one.
My inspiration for this look is from THIS pic of Drew Barrymore I saw on Glamour Land's blog.Thanks girl ;)
Drew is sporting some fierce smokey purple shadow, as you can see. But, honestly, it looks a lot like "Grape" pigment from Mac. Since I don't have that pigment I had to make do with what I had. Which was basically "Smoke Signal" pigment. But, by putting a purple-y-blue shadow on top, it transformed into a more vibrant "purple", instead of the maroon color of the pigment. So high five!

I know the name isn't the inventive or.... pretty for that matter. But, that all I could think of at the time. lol ;)
Anyways, this was tonight's look. I used "Steamy" e/s by Mac, another of my unloved, unused e/s. And let me tell you this "ten pan" thing is super difficult. Lollipop26 is genius to have come up with it. But, I started about a week after she posted, and have had a difficult time ever since. This whole look, aside from a few, consists of products that rarely see the light of day. I hope you like it... ;)

Get Rachel McAdams look!

He did it again. This man is bananas! Look at her. The makeup is beautiful. I'm re-creating this look tonight. I don't think I'll do the hot pink lips, only cause I don't have any opaque hot pink anything. The best I have is Mac's "Nice Kitty" and it's super sheer.

2 of the best news a girl can get!

• "Mad Men" season three started production today (YAY!), and AMC says the season will premiere sometime in August. That's a bit later than seasons one and two (both of which started in late July).
Finally, they release some news! This is my favorite, or top 3, show on TV right now. I'm bummed i have to wait another month for it to air, but at least it going to come back this year.

• Kylie Minogue's FIRST North American Tour! Breakdown of dates below.
I'm sooooo there. You all have no idea how long I've been waiting for her to touch down on American soil. I've only seen her in America when i went to the stupid taping of "Dancing with the Stars" mid last year. But she's coming now! I will of course being front row screaming my head off. Yes i'm one of THOSE fans....

The best news in the world: Emelie at P'ssion has released promo pictures of the new OPI Fall collection! It's called "OPI Espana collection" YAY! All the colors look so pretty. I think I'm gonna end up buying them all!!!!! No joke. And as being half spanish myself, this collection is all the more sweeter!
